Account-access problems are often caused by an incorrect login method, an outdated password, an unverified email address or a browser issue.

Before you start: Do not create a second account until the original account has been checked, especially if it controls a business listing.

Step 1: Confirm the login route

Check whether you normally use user login, business login or a connected Google, Facebook or Apple account. Use the same method used during registration.

Step 2: Check the email address

Confirm spelling, dots, hyphens and the email domain. Try the business email address if the account manages a business profile.

Step 3: Reset the password

Use Forgot Password and follow the latest reset email. Do not keep guessing, as repeated failed attempts may trigger security controls.

Step 4: Check account verification

Search your inbox and spam folder for an account-verification message from ClearSay. Complete any outstanding verification step.

Step 5: Try a clean browser session

Open a private or incognito window, clear the ClearSay site cookies or try another modern browser. Temporarily disable extensions that block scripts.

Step 6: Record the error

Take a screenshot and note the exact wording, time, device, browser and page address. Do not include your password in the screenshot.

Step 7: Contact support

Use the ClearSay contact page and provide the account email, business name where relevant and the troubleshooting already completed.

Possible signs of an account-security issue

  • The password changed without your action.
  • The registered email was changed.
  • A business profile shows unfamiliar edits.
  • You receive login messages you did not request.
