Reset your password when you cannot remember it, the current password is rejected or you want to secure the account after suspicious activity.
Step 1: Open the ClearSay login page
Visit ClearSay.co.uk and select the appropriate login option.
Step 2: Select Forgot Password
Choose Forgot Password, Reset Password or the equivalent link below the login form.
Step 3: Enter your account email
Type the email address connected to the account and submit the request.
Step 4: Check your inbox
Open the password-reset email from ClearSay. Also check spam, junk and filtered folders.
Step 5: Open the reset link
Use the latest reset message. Older links may stop working after a new request or after a set period.
Step 6: Create a new password
Choose a unique password that you do not use on another website. Avoid names, dates or easy sequences.
Step 7: Sign in again
Return to the login page and use the new password. Update any saved password stored in your browser or password manager.
The reset email did not arrive
- Check the spelling of the email address.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Check spam and junk folders.
- Search the inbox for ClearSay.
- Request one new reset email rather than submitting repeatedly.
Security reminder
ClearSay support should never need your password. Do not forward the reset email or code to another person.
