How to Sign In to Your ClearSay Account

Signing in gives you access to your ClearSay user profile or the business tools connected to your account.

Step 1: Open ClearSay

Go to ClearSay.co.uk.

Step 2: Select the login option

Choose the user login or business login option that matches the account you need to access.

Step 3: Enter your registered email address

Use the same email address used when the account was created or when the business listing was claimed.

Step 4: Enter your password

Type the password carefully. Check that Caps Lock is off and avoid copying accidental spaces.

Step 5: Select Sign In

Submit the form and wait for the dashboard or account page to load.

Step 6: Complete any security check

ClearSay may ask for an email confirmation, verification code or browser security check. Complete it only on the official website.

Using a shared device

• Do not save your password in a public browser.
• Sign out when finished.
• Close the browser window.
• Do not share verification codes.

Login unsuccessful?

Use the password-reset option first. If the account uses Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, use the same provider originally connected to the account.
