You may decide to remove a review because it was posted on the wrong business, contains information you should not have published or no longer represents what you want to share.

Before you start: Only the account that submitted the review should request its removal.

Step 1: Sign in to the correct account

Open ClearSay.co.uk and use the account that originally posted the review.

Step 2: Open your reviews

Go to your profile, account activity or My Reviews section.

Step 3: Select the correct review

Check the business name, review title and date before taking action.

Step 4: Choose Delete or Remove

Use the available removal option and read the confirmation message carefully.

Step 5: Confirm the removal

Confirm only when you are certain. Deleted reviews may not be recoverable.

Step 6: Use support if no option appears

Contact ClearSay through the contact page. Include the account email, business-profile link and review details.

Editing may be a better option

If only one fact, sentence or rating needs changing, edit the review instead of deleting the entire experience.

Moderation and record retention

Removing a public review may not erase every internal record immediately. Certain information may be retained where required for security, legal, moderation or dispute purposes.

Do not repost repeatedly

After removal, do not submit repeated versions to pressure a business or evade a moderation decision.
