Changing your ClearSay business plan allows you to match the available review-management tools to your current business needs.
Step 1: Sign in to your business account
Open ClearSay.co.uk and sign in using the account that manages the business.
Step 2: Open plan or billing settings
From the business dashboard, look for Plan, Subscription, Billing or Upgrade.
Step 3: Compare the available plans
ClearSay’s business structure includes Business Starter, Business Premium and Business Elite. Compare the features that matter to your operation.
- Number of review invitations
- Review invitation automation
- Website widgets
- Analytics and sentiment reporting
- Business blogs and advertising features
- Account support
- Custom campaigns and enterprise tools
Step 4: Choose the new plan
Select the plan that fits your expected review volume and operational requirements. Do not upgrade only for a feature your team will not use.
Step 5: Review the billing details
Check the price, billing frequency, tax information, renewal terms and any annual saving shown before confirming.
Step 6: Confirm the change
Complete the payment or confirmation process. Keep the confirmation email for your records.
Step 7: Check the new features
Return to the dashboard and confirm that the expected features are available. Some changes may require you to sign out and sign in again.
Before downgrading
Check whether the change will reduce invitation limits, widgets, analytics, advertising placements or support access. Export any information your business needs to retain where an export option is available.
Need help choosing?
Base the decision on qualified usage: monthly customers, number of locations, invitation volume, reporting needs and who will manage review responses.
